STAIN-PROOF Sealing Technology Staining is the most common damage to porous surfaces such as stone, tile, and pavers. However, many other serious problems can also occur if water is allowed to move freely through the material, carrying materials and dirt which can discolor, corrode, and even break up the surface over time.

Premium water and oil repellence offers superior protection. STAIN-PROOF is rated Class 5 when tested in accordance with ISO 10545-14: Determination of Resistance to Stain. Our unique super-penetrating, permanent bonding technology provides long-lasting protection against efflorescence, freeze-thaw, and salt spalling damage, while retaining the natural surface color and finish.

Treated surfaces are easier to clean and dry quickly, even after heavy rain, thanks to the super breathable formula that allows water vapor to escape freely, preventing harmful moisture buildup inside the treated material. The sealer also stands up to alkaline cleaners and pressure washing.

The Deepest Protection Barrier STAIN-PROOF impregnating sealers are technologically different from commonly available silicone, Teflon, fluorapolymer, and siloxane impregnators. Our sealer molecules penetrate deeper into porous materials and bond permanently inside the pores without blocking them. This creates a permanent water and oil-repelling barrier deep enough to provide stain protection and keep damaging water and water-borne salts away from the surfaces.

Permanent-Bonding Performance Sealer STAIN-PROOF sealers are formulated using a unique sealing technology - our sealer molecules are approximately 400+ times smaller than other impregnators and penetrate much further into the pores to form a deeper water and oil repellent barrier, providing optimum protection to surfaces such as natural stone, bricks, pavers, tiles, engineering concrete, and grout.
